Whats better WATK or % Total Damage?

Okay. So i recently made a 131 black beauty. And with the help of Potentials, I had gotten +12WATK and 6str.so 143 Altogether. But I noticed other peoples weapon had % Total damage. So what would be better for example on my xbow? +12WATK or lets say 6% total damage? Btw my range is 3056-5050 Please and thank you!

I think 6% total damage would only be better if you have a total weapon attack > 200

at max 6% of your total damage gives you 303 damage. I'm not positive but I feel like 12 attack will give more to your range just take your range before a warrior elixir then take the damage after that and you can kinda get the feel for +12 w.att

Alright I gained about 318 with a warrior pot. But isnt higher your range, the better the 6% total damage gets?

That is true. However, as of right now, it seems like the only choice you have is between 12 w.att and 6% damage. Also, as a side note, check the minimum damage range change cause in some cases I believe the 6% damage will benefit the minimum damage more than 12 w.att

So if you improve your damage with OTHER equips, the 6% will be better than the 12 att. Just off the top of my head: I think 6% Dmg + Warrior Elixer > 12 att and Warrior elixer.

Alright thanks guys for the help ^^ and clarification. Yeah i also heard if you get the %total damage, you get the % critical rate too so.. xD Time to get cubing.

Agreed, and at the instances where you use Apples, the 6% will annihilate (exaggeration but still) the 12 w.att your weapon currently gives
