Regarding potential scrolling on gloves shoes and belts

has anyone used potential scrolls on att belts gloves and shoes yet? if so what were the results id like to know so i can determine whether or not to do so on my own equips my friend used two enhancement scrolls on two belts but both failed has anyone else encountered this problem (glitch?) or was he just unlucky

I believe I read someone using it on a 15 or 17 att SCG and getting 50 hp and 25 mp

Used one on my 1/1/8/1 dragon glasses. it gave it 2 wep def, 6 magic def, and 7 avoid. OMFG SO GODLY!1!1ELEVEN!1
