Most common place to die?

Which place is the easiest to die at. such as if ur not careful or pot lag. - Not purposely - No boss runs like zakum or ht. Bosses u randomly encounter like HH or bf can be included

Leafre. I have no idea why, but skeles/newts have a absolute knack of killing me when I'm hovering hear 90%. I died like 5 times while training on them. While trying to get to 108-109.

since cwk's patch 2 yrs ago, I've tried to figure out how to get to the castle, I've wasted like hours and died 20 times. Though good thing is I'm pro at jump quest now.
