does nexon plan on giving compensation ?

Because these rollbacks. have taken there toll on me.. first i lose my attack dragon glasses then i lose lvls 51-58 i got set back to lvl 50. was shocked then went on facebook. but my question is. Does anyone think we are getting any compensation? because it seems like nexon doesnt even know that these rollbacks are happening. and dont GMs play maplestory? why are they not reporting these rollbacks in. i mean i know its hard managing a company and all. but should customer safety come first? because we are helping nexon make money. its only fair they do there at most best to protect us and our items... also idk if hackers are back but these rollbacks dont seem to be from them. i hope in a weeks time nexon gets news of these rollbacks and plan something out to fix them. im also sorry to all the people in demethos that have been rollback from there server crashes today. transfer any items to your DB or they will get Delete thats my advice to everyone.....

it was only Scania. the rollback wasn't on the official site, so i doubt that Nexon had anything to do with it. I've heard someone say that a noob asked them "Hey, wanna see Scania crash?" Then BOOM!

Nexon works the normal American job hours, usually, 9~5/6. Unless they plan something ahead of time. Roll backs are because of hackers, if they rollback to before the rollbacks started , they may compensate. Send a ticket and they may compensate. But do not set your hopes high.

They're not liable to give any compensation, they own the game, they can do whatever they want. Blame the hackers/dupers.

[/quote] i didnt set my hopes to high i also sent in SS of my accounts b4 when i had Dragon glasses and SS of after when my stuff was gone in 4 tickets.. but i know 98% surely that nexon will not respone to me or to these roll backs. @ two post above on other threads i read of demethos crashing 16 times today.. so its not only scania. for all we know it might start happening in every server. and it just started in the worest server first ( scania )

Nexon is fuc*ed up. Lost levels and so many items from gachapons and NX wasn't even reverse. MS gets shi**ier everyday. No point of playing keeps getting rollbacked, it wasting time, n yeah they haven't responded to tickets usually they close it out fairly fast

[/quote] so they going to say re open when i go to check the ticket? because i reading the rules thing because i never sent in tickets b4 and they have these weird ways to tell you that your ticket has be responded to. so should i click on "OPEN" and see it lets me edit it. well whatever i mean im not getting the glasses back because i dont see how they can give me an item its like asking your friend to update 6 items into your chatacter.. its just to bad maybe i can potential me a broken glasses and get some % dex or luk on it
