I don't think it can be probability because the world's human population is around 57% Asian. I think it is the white rice because it is eaten so often. However, I cannot prove this, so yeah..

I don't know if cancer is related to food consumption, but unlike Americans, it's more common in Asian countries to eat natural and healthy stuff, and not so much processed foods.

Well the 57% is completely irrelevant since it's a percentage lol
