Weird Glitch Scroll?

Right after I finished Cassandra's quest (The Dual Bladers one) I got a scroll that looks like a dark scroll 30%. What's weird about it is that I can't find out any info on it and it won't show up when I open a storage NPC. What is with the scroll? And did anyone else get this? (Also, I would've posted a picture of it, but I don't have the required # of feedbacks yet)

I've got it too, peeves me off that it does nothing and it just sits there, though if i were you, i'd just keep it until after the event is over, probably by then it might be something?

just try scrolling a duddy equip it said it worked on mine 'the scroll lights up but nothing happened' or something._.

I submitted a ticket already, but I guess I'll have to wait to see what Nexon's says. But, I'd rather keep it, just in case if it becomes something good. (But knowing Nexon, doubt it)

I have one as well. Seeing as it's a Dual Blade event (kinda), my best guess is that it's a 30% Katara scroll, but Nexon forget to program it into the system or something and thus it has no info.

I have it too. Tried it on every type of equip i had (overalls, tops bottums, hats, etc) and it wouldnt work. Even tried it on 1h weapons and my dagger and still nothing.

I completed the quest and got a Dark scroll for overall for luck 40% @_@ Only adds 2 luk, though.

lols i just went testing made 4chars to level 10 (thats when u get it) and so far tried it on everything u could including the katara on my level 20 db ._. all off them failed...their seriosulky gliched
