No Purple Surfboards?

Well it's been a couple days since the new patch and while reading over the events page I saw that we'll get summer themed items. This led me to have a girly scream as I thought of my new purple surfboard with fast att speed. Then as I read closer I see that they thought it was funny to taunt us with green and black surfboards. So I'm asking how many of you out there were excited for purple surfboards, but now couldn't give a d_m?

Did the Purple Surfboards even drop at all last year? I remember that the level 15, 30, 45, 55, and 95 (Red) surfboards dropped from monsters but I never came across knowing that the Purple one dropped from anything. I think Purple Surfboards are gach obtainable only people. You forget the Basil Market is shared with EMS and MSEA, it may say that it drops from a certain monster but that doesn't mean it's for our version of Maple Story.

In KMS, all the fms are full of stores with only surfboards. It's starting to get on my nerves. You can get them in the ice box things from an event.

I can see how 20x exp (2xcard+2xevent+2xcardevent+ringmule+hs) would be possible but 20x drop? I agree nice hair XD
