Do all monsters drop Equips with Hidden Potentials?

If any monster drops any equip, the equip has a chance of having hidden potential

You can get the hidden potential equips, just not the often.

The drop rate of potential equips is 50/100. All mobs drop potential equips, but there's a certain precentage for the item to be potential.

i am so confused about these potential equips, so can you tell if it will have potential if it is dropped, without using the magnifying glass thingy, and can you use the magnifying glass on items that dropped before the potential patch?

[/quote] If it has unknown potential (ie. it has a red aura), then you can magnify it.
