| Depends on how much NX you have and how frequently you get it. If you can get NX on demand, I'd get the Dual Blade look first, then get the Mastery Package once your level 70. |

| Wow In that case, you'll get both the packages anyway. Just remember to buy the packages before August 18th and you'll be fine. Buy whatever packages when you need them. |

| Personally, Unless Tornado Spin is a Prerequisite for something, I wouldn't get it. You're better off spending the rest of your NX on something else. |
