I need some Xbowman help

1 i need to know where a good place to train for a unfundded Xbowman. No i don't think i can get to wr's because i don't have a zh. I also would want to know what crossbow to end with and understand i am very poor so io won't be able to get anything real great.

When I was in my 60s, I believe I was at mp3. I'd usually lure them on the bottom platform then go off to the side and IA them. It was decent exp but there's probably somewhere better. You'll most likely end up using a neschere if you're unfunded.

You can snipe wr at crossroads. What I suggest doing is ending with a neschere as they are easily avaleable, then making a reverse later with the PoT you get from grinding.

consider basic equips that you will have: 15-17 str from hat 5 str from MoN You will 100% have these. Then consider extra str you could have ie; 10 str cape, 10 str reverse overall, 10 str reverse shoes, str earings now, and more.

You want 100 str in order to use a Neschere at level 100; With this in mind, consider what equips you can afford with STR on them (i.e. Scarlion Helm, MoN, Decent STR overall, STR cape, etc) and decide for yourself. Personally I capped at 55 STR (55 + 15 (Scar) + 4 (Shoes) + 11 (Overall) + 5 (MoN) + 12 (Cape) = 102)

Eh, I was training at WRs without a zhelm; 15 more dex isn't that much difference.

I don't understand how it becomes impossible to WR when you don't have a zhelm. The only thing I see that would help from the helm would be the extra defense since the 15 Dex doesn't really change to HKO at all.

A-B=C A is the strength you need to equip the item B is the strength you have from equips and everything C is the strength cap thats the formula i used, im not 100% sure about it though

To be honest. Having a high str, whilst using dex equips is pretty much the same as having low str and using str equips. 100 base str, 300 (250+50) dex = 100 str (50+50), 300 dex

He may be referring to not being able to reach WR due to the Wraiths and such... But honestly a ZHelm wouldn't really help anyways. As stated before, you should try to use equips that provide both DEX and STR - MoN, Scarlion/ZHelm, high base STR overalls, etc.

i have a Scarlion already but do to my lack of funding i won't be able to get much more i plan on capping my str at 80 and trying to get the 120 xbow. So your saying that i should use equips that add str instead of dex?

you should look equips with a high base STR an scrolled for DEX, but don't get STR-scrolled equips (like overalls, capes are OK) i'd say cape your STR at 70. to use the reverse BB you'd better make first the reverse armor (overall+shoes). those two give a whallop of STR (my reverse shoes give me 11 STR, and no, i haven't chaos'd em) so those help a lot pestilence i agree on that. but then there's the case of wasted stats. there's no such thing of wasted DEX for us, but since STR is only good to make us wield our weapons, you can actually waste STR, when it could've gone into DEX and helped us way more
