Which server should I start in?

Today I'm getting $10 NX and in 2 more days I'm going to get $20 NX. and I'm getting really tired of all the stupid and immature idiots that seem to rule Bera (Not everyone in Bera is an idiot but you see them more often. in my case anyways). and I want to know: should I start a new character in Windia? or stay in Bera? I hear Windia has a really nice community. or is Bera better?

stick with bera. tho there are a lot of ppl and some may be stupid i've always liked bera cause i've rarely had to deal w/ the jerks
