HP Wash or Start at Lvl. 1

For many, we've now realized that level 30 DB's have much less HP than a Lvl. 1 DB when it reaches 30. So here's my question... Would you rather HP Wash the character (still not available) or start and Lvl. 1 ? Personally, I'd start at Lvl. 1 because it;s so much nicer with the quests and storyline (:

I started at level 1, so Yeah. No problem for me.
