Should i HP wash or lower my dex?

Hi I got my AP resets and im want to ask if i should lower my dex or HP wash. My Dex right now is 60 which i think is to high. Also if i should HP Wash what does HP wash mean... people have been telling me to HP wash but i dont know what it means =P

Lower your dex ull hit more and with combo drain u get more hp back per hit but all u need is dex stuff

15 does make a difference in damage, but not such a big one. You can always get more damage from equips, hp is quite harder to get without giving up on some better equips. That's why I'd suggest you hp wash with your ap, but that's just my opinion.

The only reason I didn't HP Wash is because I had 84 Dex. 60 Dex is fine, HP Wash instead.

so get my ap resets use ONE of them to put up HP and then take 14 mp out and put into str?
