Wasted NX on DB

So I had to ask around and confirmed that the Dual Blades that started at level 30 given from the giveaway event, have lower hp then ones that started at level 1. He was level 32 with about 13xx HP without any HP equips on, while mine only has 1170 HP without any HP equips on at level 47. So now my DB is screwed in the HP department, and I've just read on another thread that DB's can't even HP wash to make up for it due to some glitch. But the worse thing about this whole thing is that I have already purchased the first 4 NX skill books which cost 18,600 alone. I've already used the Slash Storm NX mastery book, and have 3 left on my Dual Blade. I tried making a new DB and and seeing if they share DB Cash shops to transfer my NX mastery books but I didn't see it on the other DB. I was planning on making my DB my main but I don't want one with inferior HP then other DBs, and apparently can't even HP wash it. I would restart a new one again from level 1, but now I really have to re-buy mastery books I already have? Waste of NX GG. Anyways I'm gonna add a poll while I post this.

Are you sure about no hp equips? Remember that blades give a lot of hp.

well he is right I am currently 42 and have 18xx hp without any hp equips granted I have the nx equips too so I have necklace and all that.

first of this a glitch (which knowing nexon will probably not fix) but then again, I heard from some one that they gain more hp per level up with the 30 db than the regular db until x level. U think this is nexon's solution?

as long as my hp is higher then what my evan's is i really don't care u get starck effect at some lvl its not gonna screw u big time
