Why are scrolled pole arms expensive?

Ok in comparison: I bought my 109/9 heaven's gate for 30mil. I see a maple karstan thats 102/8 and thats 150mil. A clean hg should be like 1-2milish. A clean karstan is like 4mil. I need a stronger pole arm on my lvl 78 aran, he's using a 93 atk karstan atm.

I just logged into my aran after the dual blader patch and my 95 attack karstan is gone! I dont know how, its not on any of my characters but all my other equips are, Ive had that karstan for months and nothing the rollback did could have taken it away. IT MAKES ZERO SENSE!

Heaven's gate is level 80. Karstan is level 65 and gives 35 accuracy.
