Dual Blade Level 40 Reward Error

| So i reached level 40 on my dual blade, and got the quest "Reached Level 40 Dual Blade". I clicked yes to get my reward yet i still have my old level 30 mask. I dont understand what was the reward. Anyone know? Or was this just another glitch. |

I accepted my level 30 reward(the armor) and when I accepted the quest to level up to 40 for the Honorable Explorer medal, I got the message "Quest ended due to unknown error." Which REALLY bites because the quest isn't available to me at all anymore. |
