I found a level 40 katara with hidden potential !

i was killing iron boars with my 2x drop, and in 30 minutes, i found 12 level 40 kataras. 1 of which had hidden potential, i used a magnifying glass on it and it says dex +2% and weapon attack +2 . now, in order for me to get those hidden potentials to take effect, do i have to use one of those new scrolls ? (i cant remember what their called) . how much do you think a weapon like this is worth ?

I think 13m is a decent price for that katara, it's only level 40 and they're probably common enough that many people will find the same stat potential easily... o.o I guess the one thing that would bump up the price is that everyone gets a free level 30 dual blade and they'll be looking to get a level 40 one quick... so yea, might have been able to sell it for more. But w/e.
