Skill build with lvl 5 Slash Storm

Ok, So i don't have any NX so no mastery books for me is there a good skill build for lvl 5 slash storm or is slash storm a must?

Nexon'd means you got pwned by Nexon, requires NX for a mastery book that's a must(I assume, I don't play DB)

Just don't max it. Mind you leveling will be significantly slower.

Slash storm is a must! Or you won't get bloody storm. DB is worthless without skills that need mastery book
