Now nexon said Random monsters drop Potential Scrolls But what drops enhancement scrolls?

Does anybody know if potential and equip enhancement scrolls drop from Singapore/Malaysia monsters? Because usually those monsters don't drop newly added items. (Such as anniversary weapons and event items)
