Level 1 DB or Level 30?

I keep hearing things about Lvl 1 DBs being better off. Is this true? What's the difference?

Yes once u get to lvl 30 theres a chance to get Earings with +2/2/2/2 up

yes u get more hp. and plus it is easy to lvl to 30. i lvled 1-38 in a few hours... im tired..
