safe spot in oblivion 4?

| where is it? I tried palcing my ring mule on the middle right ladder. My mule's head was 2 steps below from top, with head right below 2nd step, and it still died. But it was from a normal oblivion guard below. How does this work? I'm a warrior btw and i can rush |
