Ring Quest Error

Hey guys, like everyone else (or mostly everyone else) I made a dual blader. Wanting a ring (after being robbed of it by the rollback), I started at level 1. However, after finishing the level 30 quest (getting the armor), it popped up with "The quest has ended to an unknown error." Now it doesn't show up in my "available quest" section, or current. Greeeat. Now what. Any tips? Thanks.

I guess they did it so dual bladers DONT get the ring. See I think the only reason we could get the "Reaching Level 30" was because when you receive the quests (level 20), you're not a DB yet, you're still a Rogue. But of course, at 30, you can't receive it because you're no longer a rogue, but a dual blader.

On the site, click the ring extension event, and in bold at the bottom it says dual bladers are NOT allowed to get a ring.

I have a 41 cleric, but the quest doesn't even show up on it. Nor my level 1 beginer. The only char i have that has it is my Hermit which is level 84 and needs to level 30 times T.T. Can anyone help with this? (I want to get the cruel ring)
