Can't log-in after being D/C'd

So making my way to Jesters (due to the fact I had 8x) I suddenly disconnect for kernel hacking or something. I think oh it's fine and AhnLab comes up telling me to submit a form. I decline (I've declined before) but whenever I click to go to a channel, I disconnect saying I cannot connect to the server. Is anyone experiencing is problem and is there a fix? I don't want to waste this 4x. Thanks in advance.

Oh darn... I guess I'm not the first person to be banned. A lot of people have been being banned and it seems to be from Jesters. What a waste of 4x for me >.>.

I've been banned also. :P Yeah I was planning to 4x today also and try to get 100 but that's not happening.
