Well, today I went to go purchase 10 Overall for Dex 100% scrolls from Tulcus, the scroll seller. Multiple people went with me. All of us couldn't buy anything because it said "You don't have enough in stock"? Does anybody know how to fix this?

It happens sometimes. Just go to a different NPC or just wait an hour or so.

He's the only NPC that sells that scroll xD. I cced 3 times, no difference. EDIT again: couldn't buy any amount.

Just Change Channel or You might have to wait an hour. I bought all the overall dex scrolls I could and began selling them right next to him for 100k each.

It says that when too many people buy the same thing. change channels or wait for him to restock, whenever the hell he does that.
