How to go to the hole in the wall for DB lvl 20 advancement?

Hi everyone How to go to the hole in the wall for DB lvl 20 advancement? I know its in the dark lords room but it wont let me in? Am i supose to do all the job quests before i can go into the hole? Right now i still need to do, Quieting the ribbon pig. If i finish that quieting the ribbon pig quest, will i be able to go into the hole? Please let me know thanks!

And what if we overlevel? Can we still advance at level 21 or 22?

i overleveled and because you can save the SP its perfectly fine how ever for the level 30 job adv, do it at lv30
