I am a lvl 101 CB and I have capped my dex/str to just enough to wear a dragon khanjar and reverse pescas. IDK what I should do with these resets, because idk what kind of impact % equips will make. I definately will be able to afford % equips when they come out because i have a lot of mesos. My question is, do I need to change my dex/str cap because of the release of % equips? Also, can some1 explain this new item thing to me?

You'll have to do the math youself based off you base dex to see if your caps need to change. Typically, % EQs are GREAT for your primary stat, but you don't want to use them on your secondary stat. Example: My Sair- Capped STR at 50. If I wear a +5 STR item, I now have 55. If I wear a +5% STR item, it'll only give me 2.5 STR. So, the absolute added item is much better for me. However, let's look at my Primary stat- dex! 600 Base. If I wear a +5 Dex cape, I now have 605. However, if I wear a +5% Dex cape, I'd have 630. WOOT! As a general rule of thumb, I'm thinking that % equips really just mean you want to keep your primary stat as high as possible, so you get more benefit from % equips on that stat. But, that's the same rule we've always applied! No Sair is walking around with a 200 base STR. So, just continue to keep it as low as humanly possible to wear your equips and you're in good shape.
