Are people really going to do that? Well I might do it. But I wanna do 1 ~ 30 too. I remember about the skill glitch where you can save points from. So who is going to do it?

idk, the quests might be important or lead to some nice equips, but then again starting off at 2nd job is pretty tempting.

the lvl20 mask is worthless :D but i do believe you get the skill points for 1st job.
