Ignore the title... this has turning into a "Talk about the DBs and get any questions you have about them answered" thread. Here is the link to the website, you can check this out to answer any more questions you can have. Lots of info here. (Official Site) FAQ: Can DBs get Adventurer rings? Well, since at level 30 you are no longer an adventurer, you cannot get rings , I was right originally. :P Solid proof here. (Official Site) Are the DB masks tradeble? They are not tradeble in anyway , SOK or even PSOK doesn't not work. How does the level 30 DB thing work? When you make a DB, you get the option to make a level 30 DB if you have a character that is above level 30 on your account. When you log in you have 61 SP that you can put into any skill, so you can max the best skills at level 30, which is unable to do when starting at level 1. You miss out on owl earrings and a couple job specific quest lines that are not that important IMO. You also get the level 40 mask. Yes , there is a level 40 mask. Do DB skillbooks cost NX? Yes , they unfortunately do. It costs 36.4k NX to buy all of them. (Thorns is a whopping 8.9k nx!) "Omg omg omg I got autobanned!" There is a server check, that will fix all problems, so just sit tight and be patient. Here is the info. (Official Site) I will be adding more.

I'm really debating if I should start at lvl 30 or not. EDIT:You know the only reason I am really debating is because if I start from scratch then that'll mean everyone would be ahead of me in terms of lvl. That's kind of discouraging because most people (like me) like new classes because they like to be ahead of most people.

What does this mean? Make a lv.30 beginner and then after the patch you can make him into a DB? Or if we have an empty char slot, after the DB patch we have the option to make a Lv.30 DB? Instead of starting from Lv1? Can someone please explain? Thanks.

The deal with the masks is that at each time you can get a new mask, it upgrades the one you have. So you dont lose anything that you cuold have missed with a level 30 start. Also, any account that has a level 30+ or whatever, you GET one if you want to, its not a chance. Its for sure

I just checked the patch notes again you dont have a chance of getting a lvl30 db. You will get one in the same world in you have a lvl 30 or higher character
