QUest guide dual blade question !

Ok. so normally for each job there are a series of chain quest we know there are going to be some quest for dual blade but. is it possible to just train from level 10-20 and get the job or are those quest required. ? and from 20-30 can we also just train or are those quest required aswell ? will there be a "required" notice next to each quest like arans were given because....thats alot of quest in between each job lol. Discuss
