Help me decide- Critical or Cruel Adventurer Ring?

I am planning on getting a ring for my outlaw. I read on the guide that cruel ring is better for outlaws, but then some people say ranged classes should get critical ring! I really can not make up my mind and I am getting frustrated. So please list which ring you think is best for outlaws and why. I will really appreciate it.

Critical ring is better for corsairs because we boss in parties alot and most times you will have SE with you so it will increase the chance to hit critical. Also in big bang patch that came out in kms the ring dmg in critical is taken out because of the fact most classes will get critical so because of that the critical ring will give you 5% more chance to hit critical then with cruel ring. But in the end its all up to you. For my corsair i choose critical ring just because i boss with a Bowmaster all the time so i get the benefit of SE if you dont like to boss and just solo all the time then you may want to consider the cruel ring. But if you want to boss in the future or like to train in parties then your better off with critical ring.

if u like Pink-ish dmg get critical if u wanna be high dmg yellow-ish get a cruel o.o

Get Critical, as we get a new critical skill. Or so I've been told. Thus, having an even higher critical chance would benefit you more than having a lower.
