Finishing 21 Atk Shield

I just hammered my 21 atk shield and My plan was to vega + 60% but i cant seem to find any so I'm getting pretty fustrated, im really debating wether I should just 70% this up or wait for a 60% to pop up (could take several days) SS: http://img840.imageshack.us/i/21atk.png/

It would be stupid to 70% it not since you hammered it TWICE already cause if it blows up you lose A LOT and a hammer. 60% man just wait, trust me.

If you don't want BLOWING UP, i suggest you develop some patience, and 60%. Unless you want to lose it, give yourself the benefit of the doubt and hopefully it'll pay off buddy
