Is it possible for a lvl 70 to leech off twisted jesters?

yes 65-74 are pretty good levels to leech there :P

Yes, you have to be at most 5 levels lower than the monster's lvl or the leecher and jesters are lvl 70

You can leech jesters at 65, because they are level 70. As long as you are within 5 levels of killer or monster, your good.

Harps is 78+. Even then, jesters are better exp.
