Those aren't percentage scrolls. They're probably scroll of secrets like the ones given out during the GM events. Think about it, how long does it take to get a character to level 10? About 5 mins. 5 mins for the best scroll ingame?

I'm gonna laugh at all the retards that don't make a new account, level a noob to 10 and whine about not getting a scroll. Seriously you people need to learn how to read. I bet the scrolls will be untradable anyways. And @AetherLord, you can only use magnifying glasses with these new potential scrolls. Do some research next time.

the magnifying glass is for the % stuff, just like it was in kms. but, the thing is, the magnifying glass will only give 1% to any random stat. You need to further scroll that item with potential SCROLLS which drop from bosses like zak/ht etc. or are available in the cash shop. edit: @ the guy who said in kms you can buy them at the door: no, they had them in stores in kmsT so they would be easily available for testing.
