didnt dual blades not come out yet,why do i see lvl 200 dual blades?

I think basil was set to have that option when dualblade was SUPPOSED to come out but it didnt...

he is not a dual blade there are high level shields for bandits which look like a second blade they are: Khanjar Dragon Khanjar

lol the option is already out. if you have a thief edit it in the players list adn change your thief into a db.

Lawl when you add a character of the thief job you can make it one of three classes including dual blade
