What else can I do to decrease lag?

| I've tried a lot of things to make Maple(and other PC games) run faster. Like reinstalling, game booster, defragmentation, and i deleted all unnesecary things, but still the results are the same. STILL LAGGY. Is there anything else I can try to make maple run faster, with less lag? specs: Windows Vista Intel(R) Celeron(R) D CPU 3.20 GHz 2.00 RAM (i have 38.5 gb of free disc space if that helps) 32-bit operating system internet speed: 1.35 mb/s for download and 0.32 mb/s for upload. | The Delay (5 seconds for a potion to work) is a connection lag. If you are experiencing FPS lag, what's your graphic card? Your other specs is enough for MS. |

| Same thing that i experience. what you can do is to remove unwanted processes off your computer. press control alt delete and go to processes. End any processes you know that windows dont need. |
