Marksman 4th job Skills

Well ,,, Yesterday i've turned to Marksman ... And this is my first time getting to 120 after 4 years of playing Ms ... i dont know anything about 4th job ! i dont know which quests gives me the other skills ! the only quest i did is For The Frostprey ... anyone knows how do i do Snipe / Pierce ... quests ? is there any guide out there ? PLease Help me And Thanks :P

Marksman Skill Quests (Look for the green M's) I'd say your skill build really depends on what you want to do with your character.
