So, i've noticed this : everytime i'd make a new acc, i'd make lots of good new friends, and sometimes forget my old acc's friends. And i've noticed that everytime a new job comes out, first it was pirate, then CK, then Arans, then Evans, Now DB's. Wow all these new jobs, but all our good friends that you had good times with are gone. i try to keep contact with them, but it's hard to keep track if you and your friends all made a new char, and forgot to tell. I had this friend. Met her on a boat to vic island a few yrs ago BEST Bestfriend i ever had in maple. But i've lost her in with all the new jobs. i'm still looking for her Her Ign is Unlucki13, and i can't seem to forget it

I've made 4 great maple buddies and we talked A LOT sometimes about the randomnest stuff. 3 quit 1 being my wife and left me because I borrowed 4m ( -.-" ) 2 other buddies quit too and finally my last buddy which is my closest one ever for 2 years so far is always on and we always talk through basil (we don't use msn, aim etc...) turns out I married her new main too since my old best friend left me XD.

Huh.. I had a REALLY good friend by the name of jcl3ric... I remember we were in Sleepywood Dungeon doing quests and just talking... That was one of the best times ever :/ I see him on pretty often now but he doesn't remember me... I'm not that surprised though since it was like almost 2 years ago that we met

I had a friend named AZNJ666. He was awesome; helped train me to lv 40 on my hermit. He then got hacked and started hacking... and that led the end of the friendship.

LOL, I had a friend by the name of ChickenBoy33. We'd always do HPQ and help newbs train. I eventually quit Maplestory and came back only to find he quit as well.

This usually doesn't pose a problem for me since my closer MS friends and I will usually have a way of communicating outside the game (i.e. email, chat messenger, MS-related forums/sites, or even text messaging on some occasions). I was extremely lucky enough to run into some really, really old and close friends back then... The few. @ TS: Best of luck at finding your best friend! If you can, try asking around... And if you ever do find her, keep in contact some way outside the game.

I've kept in touch with only one of my friends. I still talk to her 'till this day even though we both quit maple a while back. I'm actually texting her right now.

well...when new jobs cmoe out my guild lets us add our new guys to the secondary guild devoted to things like that...also not many of us stick with new jobs and what not....and we contact juinors and most of my buddies on my list dont run around doing that and those who do make sure we all knwo the igns they go on their old char and go "add___________ ill be playing that its my DB" <example so for me its not too hard and if tey dont have the courtesy to tell me the name of their new character then they probably arent worth keeping as a friend...ifhtye cant even be bothered to let me know that they wont play a certain char...

Mhm,usually I manage to get facebooks or aims/msns before they quit.But there is a few people that you were friends with but suddenly disapear.And I have only played two characters From priest to a cb so that also contributed.

I pretty much lost everyone. They all quit during the time that I quit for a few months. They probably have new characters too and they're just lost out there somewhere... Everytime I see a name on my bl, I usually remember what we did and the memories and it kind of gives me a chill.
