Help with my Lukless Evan

Well i have a Lukless Evan but after the revamp,its gonna be really bad in terms of dmg.Some ppl said i should just get equips and scroll and stay lukless and try goin for ele staff 5-8 and some ppl said i should change to reg luk,scroll for int and then get a ele staff 5-8. WHICH ADVICE SHOULD I PICK?

Um... Luckless Evans are not doomed after the big bang patch (and it ticks me off to see people who think otherwise... cause they're wrong) I did calculations, and Lukless evans have these over regular luk ~more magic accuracy ~same magic damage ~More MP end of story... just stay lukless...

[/quote] I know what you mean. The only way having Luk is better is IF you can get the 168 Estaff OR you're a bishop (since EWands would be useless to them). Since the Estaffs are so rare and extremely expensive, it is better to be Lukless unless you're absolutely funded and can afford the 168 Estaff. Otherwise, being Lukless with the 130 Ewand would be better.

Actually 93 total luck is best, even if you plan on using a luckless weapon (ele wand 5). With the new potential equips, only equips that are level 71+ will receive the largest bonuses. However, the level 70 gloves and shoes won't cut it since they fall 1 level short. Technically, the level 80 gloves and shoes would be the best choice, but mage shoes start giving magic attack at level 90. After the big bang, 1 magic attack will be worth about 7 int at level 130, so the 10 int investment returns about 12 back for having equips that are 10 levels higher. Therefore 93 luck is optimal.
