Can dual bladers get to lvl 50 and get ring?

I was on maplestory.nexon.net and when I was on it I saw this http://maplestory.nexon.net/News/Events.aspx?boardNo=200&contentNo=008Dl&pageIndex=1 (Official Site) Does that mean we get to get to lvl 50 on our dual blader? P.S: My brother got to level 50 today and he didn't get the ring. Does that mean he was supposed to lvl 50 on the 21st to the 27th?

Both of you above are segueing semantics. 1. Explorer = adventurer they are the same thing. 2. While they are a sub-class there's no need to point it out.
