LINK TO THE BILL http://www.cspan.org/pdf/cd-100428-rsm-bill-outline-draft.pdf So basically this law get into effect on July 29. police will target people who is displaying bad english, nervousness, foreign looks (mexican looks, chinese looks, etc), riding in populated vehicles (bus, train, etc), and other racial details. This law has already received 7 legal challenges. Do you hope this Law get passed or not?

Rewording something to make it sound better won't work on someone who's mastered the art himself.
