Boyish hairstyle - where to get it?

I'd like to know if the boyish hairstyle is out in ems, and if so, can you get it through VIP, or do you have to go through the pain of royal hair coupons?

In gms, its royal hair. I got it on my wind archer, even though I was hoping for a different hair :P

No idea where it is in ems. The locations sometimes differ from gms. Also the two googled guides are kinda outdated.
