Should I restart?

I've been wondering lately if I should make a new bandit instead of continuing with the current one. He's awesome and all, but he sucks. His dex is capped at around 100 and damage wise, he ain't that great. I have enough funds for a low dex low str bandit. So should I make a new one? Equips that I would need would help too.

nah not worth it asuming that u have 4-5 base str, just become low str instead of buying luk/dex equips just buy str equips and aim for a dragon khanjar + double knife (pecas, or kanzir) but some stuff like earings/shoes/bottom u can get dex ones and aim for 150 dex for the khanjar or 160 for the pecas also if u tell me how much funds u have and what equips u have currently i can suggest some new equips
