What makes your eyesight worse?

I noticed my eyesight's getting alittle worse than it already is, and I'm not really the one to play games for 3+ hours, so I can't really say that's the reason. It's not bad to where I need glasses or anything, but I noticed sometimes my right eye is a little bit blurry sometimes and I have to blink two or three times or rub it to get it clear.

[/quote] I can't really say no since I haven't seen much of my family, but my dad is near sighted and my mum is far sighted. My brothers are 24 and they don't have eye problems, and my sister is 19 and she doesn't have any either.

Rub around your eyes. [About once inch away]Not too close either. It releases the strain from your eyes and helps it relax. And take a break once in awhile o-o

If it gets worse, you should go see an optometrist because if it gets bad enough to get glasses and you don't do anything, it will only get worse.

You either go in the sun alot,watch TV/play the computer alot or it's a genetic problem.Can't think about any other reasons.

I guess the two above posters didn't read the topic description before posting, except for the sun part. I can understand that, but it hasn't been sunny in weeks.

Three hours is quite a lot itself. If you really care for your eyesight, you should take a break at least once every hour and don't get stuck on your computer. Go out and have a walk everyday or something. Also helps clear the head.

I'm just saying I couldn't really be on the computer for that long, but thanks for the advice.
