Chaos Scroll help?

Ok, so today while I was killing zombie mushrooms a chaos scroll 60% dropped from one of them. I've never seen one before and have no idea what it does. o.o So could anyone let me know what exactly its supposed to do? Oh and if I should just sell it how much does one sell for in Bera? Thanks!

I think they sell for 75M(not sure) . Well it makes equipments extremely awesome or bad.

You just hit the jackpot buddy. They're worth somewhere around 75-80mil. But lately, people have been selling for 65-70.

chaos scroll increase or decreases a stat by 1-5 so for example u have a clean scg thats 5 atk u use a chaos u get uber lucky it turns to 10 atk (+5 atk) with 4 slots left there 70-85m here in khaini
