Still do not have level 63 Aran quest?

I'm level 70 right now and I need to get Full Swing, but since level 63, no "Hero with the lost memory" quest has appeared over my head. Right now, no such quest exists in my quest list. Also, I have not done the "Hero with the lost memory" mount quest, could this be the reason why I have not gotten the quest? Do I need to complete the mount quest to be able to get the Full Swing quest?

No you dont need to finish the mount quest. All you have to do is go to Ellin Forest at the top of Heilos Tower then you'll get a quest. If you need more help go to http://www.basilmarket.com/MapleStory-Guide-Aran-281.html#22 then scroll down to the quest.
