Still confuse about ring event

After roll back i got to 40 and i still have my medal and the quest lvl 40 in my quest list http://img690.imageshack.us/img690/136/sinttulodf.jpg Can i train till lvl 49 with 99% exp and for the 21th? i ll be safe?

No, you can't. It's only possible to level to 99.98%

It's in the complete section, and it's the level 40 one. It says you completed it, which you did, but the level 50 one is not going to be available to be started until July 21st. You can start the quest(s) on July 21st, and you will not be able to complete them anymore starting on July 27th. So you have from the 21st-27th.

yes u can get to 99.99 % AS LONG AS THE LVL 40 QUEST IS COMPLETED AND U HAVE THE MEDAL :D

Get to 49 99%, then on the 21st lvl.

As long as you have the level 40 quest finished, you can level to 50 AFTER the event resumes and get the ring. You can't get the ring now, obviously.

Basic summary: As long as you have the Explorer medal with you, as well as the quest, you ARE ABLE TO LVL to 49 w/ 99.98% The sole confusion is that the quest at lvl 50 for the ring will not be reinstated until July 21st. After being reinstated, the event will finally end on the 27th. All YOU need to do is lvl up to 50 between July 21st - July 27th, after having initiated the quest from cassandra.

What if I'm at lvl 3x, will I still be able to advance to the lvl 40 quest and complete it?
