Cheap Way To Get 2 Dex For A Lvl 20 Thief

| Well i'm just testing out a new low dex thief and all i have so far is 10 dex 0 slot robe, 3 dex hat, and 25 base dex. I don't want to spend a lot of my meso on this char since it is just a test subject (probably max is 10mil of funding). I tried to buy a 0 slot 2 dex earring couldn't find any. Help plz. |
