Help With Annoying Kid

So at the beginning of the year, I met this kid who was pretty funny and nice, so I started hanging out with him. A few months later, though, he started to get annoying. If I ever tried to make a conversation, he would either say something like, "Wow, Mark, that's so cool! You're so awesome." or make it into some sexual joke. Then he would just go into a rant about how many monkeys he had sex with on the moon (I'm not kidding here). He also makes up a lot of stories that he expects me to believe, like a kid he knew getting decapitated when he fell down the stairs of the school. So I tried ignoring him and staying away from him, but he would just keep following me and my friend (since I always hang out with him) everywhere I went. Even my friend who's one of the nicest people I know is getting tired of him following us around. Now that it's the summer, he calls every other day to ask if I could do something with him. What should I do? Summary: This annoying kid is following me. What should I do?

Just be honest and say that you don't want him to follow you and you friend anymore. But say it as nicely as you can.

Doing it in a rude way wont really help, since you will end up feeling guilty or he might get really hurt by what you say. Just say it out loud and clear for him (In a nice and polite way), dun just wait for him to get a hint that you're annoyed.

Also, there was one day a while ago where he decided to be a jerk and step on my backpack, insult me, and tell everyone who I like. I for some reason forgave him.

That sucks. Same thing is happening to me, sadly. . Maybe you can tell him really nicely and say stuff like.. he needs to calm down and spend some time with other friends and family? I think the easiest way is to be straight forward and mean.. (I tried but this person keeps saying stuff like: I know you didn't mean that). Well, good luck!~
