can i call the cyber police to arrest a troll?

just the other day i watched a video about a father who said he was able to take a picture of comments of trolls and give them to the cyber police in order to arrest these trolls. lately some bad people on Transformice have been telling me i'm crap and i should die and it's really making me mad and i want them to be in jail. so can i call the cyber police?
