I've been going to the gym for about 4x a week for an hour, but haven't had almost any changes, I was going to try adding supplements on to try to get better results. Any good recommendations? (Prefer pills, but powder is cool too.)

Eat more food if you aren't seeing any muscle gain, that is all p.s. it takes long to gain muscle, so be patient

Using this atm. Don't know if it's available in the US though. Edit: You shouldn't start taking creatine pills. Friend of mine takes them and they work great, but he thinks it's starting to affect his kidneys.

Well I guess that's cause I play XP) I don't think eating would help. @ above(Again): I kinda just wanted something that has HGH. Although I'm 6'4, I just wanted to be able to gain a more musclemass.

If you must, buy whey protein post workout, and you need to up your calories and protein. I use a 30/40/30 split (carb/protein/good fats). Also, get tons of cottage cheese to eat at night because that's where creative comes from.

Uhh, you do know that not eating enough won't let you build any muscle right? I'm guessing by your build, you'll need 3200 calories a day to gain muscle mass

Dude.. Just eat more HEALTHY AND BALANCED (by this I don't mean only apples and lettuce...). Why do you think a supplement like Whey protein would help you? Do you think it's better protein than normal protein? HGH is not for you because: a) you're a beginner b) you don't even eat enough c) you're probably a teenager, already filled with hormones d) a wimp who's trying to get muscle the easy way (which won't work)

I workout about 2-3hours daily and intensively and this is what I eat (well, what I'm eating today) Breakfast: about 12 egg whites omelette with high protein & carbs cereal (Kashi, 13g prots per serving) ->> I put spinach and wheat germ Lunch : Usually either more eggs with yolk this time or Tofu (wich is high in prots) with A BOATLOAD of veggies and some fruits Dinner: Fish or chicken (rarely beef or pork) with once again veggies and dairy products Pre-workout is dinner My post-workout "shake" is 2-3 cups of lactose free skim milk, since fat slows down protein absorbtion. This is about 22-33g or prots + it's liquid I workout 7x times a week and do chest-triceps-forearms then biceps-back-shoulders + abs 4-5 times a week + daily cardio where I switch from normal cardio to HIIT every 2-3 days or when I feel like it. Do you have a workout plan planned out? Please show me, because what I do works wonders for me. PS: Don't shoot for supplements.

I hope you seriously are kidding. You can't train for more then 1 hours and 15 mins and call it intensive...

Bro, everyone wants some HGH. If I could get my hands on some (legerally OR illegally) and if I could afford HGH injects, I'd jump right on it. But uh... my post-workout protein is currently (I do not recommend it) GNC Amplified Mass XXX. I've heard REALLY good things about Mutant Mass, though. Give that a shot. Considering you're a large 6'4" guy and gym 4x a week, it should suit you well.
